POOL DIMENSIONSLocated in Kalamar area in Kalkan, the villa is a luxury option with three bedrooms. It consists of two floors. Glass aesthetics is widely used in its architecture. It is in a flat area in Kalamar locality. For this reason, sea views can be seen from the upper floors. It is a short walk from the markets, restaurants and the main road of Kalamar area. It is about one kilometer from Kalamar beach.
There is no suffocating of high walls on the pool terrace. The shallow section that forms an "L" shape with the pool is located in the center of the pool terrace. Under the pergola is a dining table and barbecue. Garden furniture such as sun loungers, umbrellas and sitting group are other materials that fill the pool terrace. There is access to the lounge area from the pool terrace. The stairwell left for access to the upper floor divides the ground floor closed area into two.
