POOL DIMENSIONSLocated approximately 9 kilometers from the center of Kalkan, the villa has a very large garden area. It has five rooms, four of which are en suite. Each step is colored with special design accessories. All rooms have double beds. It is located in nature, among greens. From the entrance, a road of approximately 30-40 meters takes you to the entrance of the villa. The first thing to greet you is a large dining table located in the middle of the large garden area after a few steps of stairs. A walking area around the edge of the villa leads you to the pool terrace.
There is a seating area and a barbecue on this walking area. When you continue walking, you will reach the large pool terrace with a view of Patara and Kalkan. The aesthetic shape of the pool evokes a strikingly simple and sweet feeling. In this area, there are enough sun loungers, coffee tables and umbrellas. There is also a round dining table on the side where you can see the view clearly. At the end of the landscape, there is an open shower close to the villa.
When you enter the villa through the main door, a living room where vibrant and plain colors mix, and a nice staircase to reach the upper floors are the things that will greet you. There are plenty of oval windows overlooking the pool area and also a door to exit to this area. A well-equipped kitchen with an exit to the pool and a common use WC serving this floor are also located on this floor. The last thing to complete the ground floor is the first room without an en-suite bathroom.
When you climb the stylishly designed stairs, you reach the first floor consisting of three en suite rooms. All the rooms on this floor are very elegantly and nicely decorated, as are the rest of the building. An arc-shaped balcony surrounding the facade is the viewing deck for the rooms on this floor.
Continuing to climb the stairs, you will reach the last room in the attic and a large terrace. This terrace has two sun loungers and a gazebo with lovely nature and sea views.
