POOL DIMENSIONS
Located in Kas, on the Peninsula, the option is a four bedroom villa. It has an accommodation capacity of eight people. It consists of two floors in total. The pool terrace, living room, kitchen and first bedroom are the main sections that make up the ground floor. The remaining three rooms of the villa are located on the first floor. Three of its rooms are en suite. Furniture such as wardrobes, bedside tables and air conditioners are similar items of the rooms. It is only 150-200 meters from the sea.
The infinity pool, located on the pool terrace, offers a visual that integrates with the sea, worthy of its name. There is also an outdoor jacuzzi next to the pool. Materials such as sun loungers, barbecues, dining tables are other equipment belonging to this area.
The living room is the closed area that forms the front of the villa. It is large enough to create a large relaxation area. The kitchen is not open plan. It is located in a separate section equipped with a dining table and kitchenware. There is a service window opening to the living room of the kitchen. Apart from the living room and kitchen, the first bedroom, a bathroom for common use, a washing machine area under the stairs are the sections that complete the ground floor. The room on the first floor is a teen room with two single beds. The ground floor has a height difference of several steps separating the living room from the rest of the ground floor.
On the upper floor are the last three bedrooms of the villa. Each of these rooms are en suite and have double beds. In addition, the balcony with a pleasant view is the last part of this floor.
