POOL DIMENSIONSThe villa in the luxury segment is located in the Kisla area of Kalkan. Six bedrooms meet the capacity of 12 people. It is about 600 meters from the nearest beach. The area where it is located in the region offers its visitors a view of Kalkan and the sea from a different perspective. In the section where the infinity pool on the ground floor overflows, a small, second pool is formed on a lower floor.
In the basement; There is a small event area with table tennis and the first bedroom. The second pool, formed by pouring the main pool, serves this floor. The bedroom on this floor has a double bed, wardrobe and nightstand. There is access to the upper floor by stairs in the outer area.
On the main pool terrace on the ground floor, there are sun loungers, dining table and sitting group. The infinity pool, which has overflows from both sides, has a triangle-like structure. In a separate section from the main pool, there is a smaller jacuzzi pool. A lounge with access to the pool terrace, an open kitchen and an en-suite room with a double bed are the other parts that complete the ground floor.
On the first floor; There are two more en suite rooms with double beds. One of the rooms has a jacuzzi. There are balconies in two rooms and small tea tables for two on these balconies.
The last two rooms are located on the attic floor. These rooms are also en suite rooms.
