POOL DIMENSIONSThere is a criterion that you will definitely be interested in among the equipment of this luxury villa that can be rented for holiday purposes. Located in Kördere, the option has three bedrooms. It has two pools, indoor and outdoor. In addition, there is a wide list of equipment such as Turkish bath, sauna, jacuzzi, children's pool, air hockey, table football. The villa is a reverse duplex. The ground floor is accessed from the building entrance. The other floor is the basement. Both floors have sea views. There is also a heating system in the indoor pool.
On the ground floor there is an outdoor pool terrace, living room, kitchen and first bedroom. The children's pool is integrated with the outdoor pool on the ground floor. Sun loungers, umbrellas, barbecue, double swing, dining table, sitting group are the materials that fill the pool terrace. As a plan, the pool terrace and the indoor area of the villa are side by side. The elegantly furnished lounge and the open-plan kitchen share the same space. Access to the pool terrace is available from this area. The first bedroom is on the other side of the living room, east of the ground floor. This en-suite room has sections and furniture such as jacuzzi, TV, wardrobe, make-up table, balcony. The bed in this room is double.
The staircase seen in the photos of the living room provides access to the lower floor. Indoor pool, sauna, Turkish bath and the last two bedrooms of the villa are located on this floor. Also on this floor is the event space with air hockey, table tennis and table football. One of the rooms on this floor has a double bed and the other has two single beds. Furniture such as wardrobe, nightstand, vanity table are similar equipments of these rooms. Both of these rooms have a bathroom. For the rest of the lower floor, the event space forms a connecting path. Sections such as communal wc, sauna, Turkish bath, indoor pool can be accessed from the event area.
Almost all the equipment you may need on holiday is available in this villa. Finally, there is an open parking area outside the villa.
