A new addition to our portfolio, we are delighted to offer this luxury 5 ensuite bedroom detached villa set over four floors that is situated in the Kisla area of Kalkan; it has stunning uninterrupted views from all rooms of Kalkan Bayand its gorgeous sunsets.

Only a 15-20 minute walk from the heart of the old harbour of Kalkan and a 5 minute walk to the renowned Mahal Beach Club, this recently constructed villa has been completed to the highest standard with contemporary furnishings. It has been beautifully designed with heat reflecting glass windows and doors throughout that maximise the stunning sea vistas from every angle. The villa features modern, open plan living with marble and limestone tiling throughout, patio area with infinity-edged pool and an outside barbeque. The roof terrace also has 360 degree views of the surrounding mountains, Kalkan town, harbour and sea.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers spacious accommodation for up to ten guests in five ensuite bedrooms.

The ground floor features a generous open-plan living room, dining area to seat 10 and fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar (with 4 bar stools). There is a separate WC and the living area has direct access to the pool terrace.

The first and second floors are identical. Each floor comprises of two double bedrooms, each with an ensuite shower / wet room, built-in wardrobes and vanity unit. All bedrooms have floor to ceiling windows with fabulous views across Kalkan Bay and the Mediterranean. One bedroom has a large balcony with seating and the other room a Juliet balcony.

On the upper floor is the fifth, attic style bedroom with 2 single beds, an en-suite shower / wet room, built-in wardrobe and vanity unit. There is direct access to a large roof terrace with 360 degree views of Kalkan Bay and the Taurus Mountains behind.

Outside is a pool terrace with infinity swimming pool (approximate dimensions are 8.5m x 4.5m), sun loungers and outside shower.There are pergolas’ witha shaded eating table for alfresco dining plusa comfortable seating area and a decked sunbathing area. At the entrance to the property there is covered car parking.

The property is tastefully furnished and finished with solid marble flooring, subtle lighting and high standard fittings throughout.

Please note:

Although the villa has 5 bedrooms so it could accommodate up to 10 people, the owner feels that the villa is better suited to a maximum party size of 8 plus 2 children to ensure that everyone is very comfortably accommodated.

* This means that if staying for 2 weeks, the villa will have a full clean and linen change prior to your arrival, then you will have a full clean and linen change roughly every 3rd or 4th day (ie - one in the middle of your first week, one at the end of your first week and one in the middle of your second week) and if staying for 1 week, the villa will have a full clean and linen change prior to your arrival, then there will be one full clean and linen change
