POOL DIMENSIONS
The villa has an accommodation capacity of 12 people and has a private beach. It is located in the Kalamar region. There are six bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. There is a clear and wide-angle sea view at close range. It has a large pool terrace. It is next to the villa coded ABI4991. When two villas are rented together, it provides a capacity of 20 people.
The pool terrace has a large shaded area. Under this area, there is a seating group and table tennis. Dining table, sun loungers, umbrellas, barbecue, other items that fill the perimeter of the infinity pool. The pool also has a jacuzzi. The elegant living room and kitchen are on the ground floor, with an exit to the pool terrace. Two rooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed, are located in the area behind the hall. Bedside tables, wardrobes and make-up tables are the equipment in these rooms.
On the first floor, there are four bedrooms, one with two single beds and three bedrooms with a double bed. Two of these rooms are located above the living room and kitchen area, and the other two are located at the back. There is a large balcony in front of the front rooms, facing the pool terrace. There is also a sitting group on this balcony. Wardrobe, make-up table, nightstands are the standard equipment of the rooms on this floor. In two of the rooms, there are two armchairs and a coffee table as extra equipment.
