POOL DIMENSIONS
Just 300 meters from the Kalamar road in Kalkan, the villa is one of the luxury options with sea view. It has a large enough open parking area. Consisting of 3 floors, the villa consists of a basement, ground floor, and first floor. Since the road in front of the villa is at a lower level than the basement, it is possible to see the sea from every floor. In the basement there are two bedrooms, heated pool, sauna and Turkish bath. On the ground floor, there is the pool terrace, the living room and the kitchen. The first floor consists of the last two bedrooms. All rooms of the villa are en suite and air-conditioned.
When you climb the stairs starting from the street entrance of the villa, you will reach the basement first and then the ground floor.
In the basement there is a terrace with a heated pool that can be closed with an automatic awning system. Materials such as two sun loungers, sitting group, table tennis, table football are the materials that fill this terrace. When you move to the indoor area in the basement, you will see that equipment such as a stationary bike, treadmill, and washing machine fill the corridor area. A bathroom for common use, Turkish bath, sauna, and two bedrooms are the other parts that fill the indoor space on this floor. One of the two rooms in the basement has 2 single beds and the other has a double bed.
On the ground floor, there is a swimming pool, sun loungers, a barbecue, a dining table, a sitting group, a garden swing and a jacuzzi pool. In the indoor area, there is a living room with access to the pool terrace, an open-plan kitchen, and a communal toilet. Materials such as TV, sitting group, dining table, island kitchen counter, built-in kitchen utensils, filter coffee machine, tea machine, toaster, filter coffee machine fill this area.
On the first floor are the last two bedrooms of the villa. These are rooms with a shared balcony and double beds. One of these rooms also has a jacuzzi. The view of the sea and Kalkan on this floor is more impressive than on the other floors.
Note: The heating system of the heated pool is activated upon the request of the guest for a fee. There is an additional charge of £20 per day for heating.
