POOL DIMENSIONS
3 bedroom villa with sea view is located in Kördere area close to Kalkan, approximately 2.5 km from Kalkan center. It consists of two floors and is a reverse duplex. A small part of the access road is uphill. It is a very rich option in terms of hardware. The pool area is isolated so that it cannot be seen by the people around the villa. All three bedrooms are en suite. It has two pools, one of which is an indoor pool.
The pool terrace is on the ground floor. In addition, the jacuzzi pool is located right next to the main pool. Umbrellas, sun loungers, double garden swing, single fixed swing, barbecue are the materials that fill the pool terrace. The bridge used to walk over the pool also accompanies this area as a decoration. On the ground floor, there are sections such as sauna, Turkish bath, indoor and heated pool, event area in the indoor area. There are equipment such as billiards and table football in the event area. The two bedrooms of the villa are also located on this floor. One of the rooms has a double bed and the other has two single beds. The rooms are located in the section behind the indoor pool. On the first floor, there is the master bedroom, living room and kitchen. The living room area and the kitchen are decorated with very stylish furniture. There is also a jacuzzi in a corner with a sea view in the room on this floor. The entrance to the villa is from this floor due to the sloping land on which it is located. Just outside the villa, there is an open parking lot suitable for the capacity of the building.
