It is a luxury option located in nature in the Islamlar region. It is one of four villas with a similar plan in the site-shaped area. Two bedrooms offer accommodation for 4 people. It has extras like sauna, Turkish bath and fitness area. It is about 8-9 kilometers from the center of Kalkan. The entrance to the villa is from the upper floor. On the ground floor; There is a pool terrace, living room, kitchen, sauna, Turkish bath, fitness area.
The outdoor pool has a pool heating system activated by the staff in cool weather. The pool can also be covered with an automatic awning. Sun loungers, umbrellas, gazebo, dining table, sitting group, table tennis are the materials that fill the pool terrace. The pool terrace and the rest of the villa offer nature views. There is also a sea view from a distance.
There is a transition from the living room and kitchen to the pool terrace. This area is wide enough. There is a TV, sitting group, coffee table, TV unit in the living room. There is also a bathroom and toilet for common use on this floor. Kitchen; It has equipment such as toaster, tea machine, kettle, water dispenser, Turkish coffee machine. Sauna, Turkish bath, and sports area are the other parts that complete this floor.
On the first floor; There are two bedrooms. There are two en-suite rooms with a wardrobe, vanity, TV and nightstand. One of the rooms has two single beds and the other has a double bed.
