POOL DIMENSIONS
Located in Kördere region, the villa is an option with equipment such as sauna, indoor pool and jacuzzi. Sea view villa has three bedrooms. Two of the three bedrooms have jacuzzis. In the months when the weather is cool (between 1 October and 1 May), the indoor pool is heated free of charge. It is located approximately 4 kilometers from the center of Kalkan. There is no stabilized part or steep slope on the road from the villa to the center. Therefore, transportation to the center is quite comfortable by car. It has enough open parking lot for two vehicles.
On the ground floor, the infinity edged pool and pool terrace form the open space. Part of the pool is shallow. Dining table, sitting group, outdoor shower, barbecue and swing are the items that fill the open space on this floor. The indoor area consists of the living room, kitchen, common WC and the first room with single beds. The room on this floor has a bathroom. The dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, sitting group, TV, washing machine, iron are the items that fill the interior.
On the first floor, the sauna and indoor pool are located in the center of the building. The other two bedrooms are located to the right and left of this area. Both rooms have en-suite bathrooms and jacuzzis. The make-up table, wardrobe and double beds are the other materials of these rooms.
