POOL DIMENSIONS
This villa, where the blue of the sea will adorn your eyes during your holiday, is located in Kızıltaş, close to the center of Kalkan. It is in a position to receive sunlight throughout the day. It has a large pool terrace and 4 bedrooms. There is a sea view from every part of the building.
There are sun loungers, umbrella, sitting group, shade area, coffee table, dining table, table tennis in the pool area. A part of the pool is designed as a children's pool. This area looks at Kalkan and the sea view from a very wide angle.
Ground floor; It consists of a living room, an open kitchen and a room with two single beds. There is an exit to the pool terrace from the living room and room. A wing chair, two 3-seater armchairs, a coffee table, a TV and a toilet for common use are the equipment that makes up the living room. The open kitchen with the dining table and the equipment you may need is also located on this floor. The room on the ground floor is ensuite. Wardrobe and nightstand are the equipments of this room.
On the first floor, there are two rooms, one with three single beds and the other with a double bed. The two en suite rooms have a shared balcony. The room with a double bed has equipment such as a wardrobe, full-length mirror, wing chair, make-up table and bedside table. The teenage room with three single beds has a wardrobe and a nightstand.
The master bedroom is located in the attic. This room has a large balcony and a bathroom. Double bed, Jacuzzi, armchair, nightstand, wardrobe are other items that fill this room.
