POOL DIMENSIONS
The villa, where comfort and luxury meet, is located in Ortaalan, Kalkan, facing southeast. It offers a magnificent sea view from every room and pool terrace. It is in an area that is easy to reach the center.
On the pool deck, there are fixed decorations such as an infinity pool, jacuzzi, stylish bar, ample shade and gazebo, as well as portable equipment such as table tennis, sitting group, chaise lounge, dining table. To reach the pool terrace, it is necessary to climb the L-shaped stairs from the road. The pool area is placed next to the building as a plan.
An elegant living room that receives a lot of daylight from the large windows, the kitchen located at a deep point, and the first bedroom of the villa are the indoor elements that complete the ground floor of the building.
The room on the ground floor has equipment such as a double bed, TV, wardrobe and wing chair.
Three rooms, two with balconies, form the first floor. Two of these rooms have double beds and one has two single beds. The bathroom of the room without balcony has a jacuzzi. This room is the master bedroom of the villa.
